The one thing that has not changed at D’Mario’s Pizza is the Pizza. We still make our dough from scratch several times per day. We have had the same sauce recipe and we still use 100% whole milk mozzarella shredded cheese and our large ”MAGNUM” still weighs about 5 pounds.

Anvil Lanes and approaches. We use arguably one of the best oils on the market today, Kegei Prodigy. We have a Kegel Kustodian Lane machine that strips and dresses the lanes. In early 2018 we are also
upgrading our automatic scoring system to QScore.
